A ministry of inspirational speakers and seminar teachers; strong youth and children’s programs; and a variety of recreational opportunities for the entire family, it nurtures all – young or old, married or single – in their walk of faith.

Key Leaders

  • Scott Dudley (Keynote), Senior Pastor, First Presbyterian Church of Bellevue, WA. Scott earned a Ph.D. at Stanford University in English Literature, and a M.Div. at Princeton Theological Seminary. He has taught numerous writing and literature courses at Stanford University and Seattle Pacific University, and has spoken at many Christian conferences. Prior to coming to Bellevue, Scott was College Pastor, and then Teaching Pastor, at Menlo Park Presbyterian Church, Menlo Park, CA.
  • John N. Akers (Keynote) is Special Assistant to Dr. Billy Graham. A native of Colorado Springs, CO, he is a graduate of the University of Colorado (B.A., history), Columbia Theological Seminary (B.D.; Th.M., New Testament), and the University of Edinburgh, Scotland (Ph.D., Ecclesiastical History). He has taught at two Presbyterian colleges, Belhaven College and Montreat College, and was also Academic Dean of Montreat College until accepting his present position in 1977.
  • Marnie Crumpler (Morning Inspiration), Executive Pastor, Peachtree Presbyterian Church, Atlanta, GA. Marnie has preached and led seminars throughout the country on family ministry, leadership, discipleship, and commitment to Jesus Christ.
  • Robert Austell (Music Leader) has been pastor of Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church in Charlotte, NC, since 2002. Robert grew up in Greenville, SC, and is a lifelong musician, enjoying leading musical worship and teaching on worship and music. Robert leads worship for several PFR conferences, including Montreat Wee Kirk and the East Coast Pastors’ Conference. He brings with him several of the musicians from the Good Shepherd worship team.
  • Buddy Greene (Concert Artist), Brentwood, TN. Buddy Greene brings a wide variety of southern Americana influences to his music to create a unique hybrid of country, bluegrass, folk, gospel and traditional blues. In addition to his solid reputation as a singer-songwriter and guitarist, Buddy has established himself as on of Nashville’s finest harmonica stylists. Buddy’s latest project is the brand new Hymns & Prayer Songs, an acoustic, eclectic celebration of the music of the church.

Program Fee

On or before May 31:

  • $95 – adult
  • $45 – child/youth/college
  • $260 – family maximum

After May 31:

  • $135 – adult
  • $85 – child/youth/college
  • $350 – family maximum

Cost for Housing and Meals

Rates are per person and include all room and meal charges for the entire conference (Saturday supper-Tuesday lunch). No adjustments to package will be made except for extended stay. Meals for children ages 5-11: $46.44; under 5: no charge. No room charge for children under 12 years of age in the same room with parent(s).
