Scholarships are available for this conference.
Cost for Program, Housing & Meals
- Comprehensive Fee (program, double occupancy housing in the Assembly Inn or Winsborough, and meals) on or before June 18, $400; after June 18, $500.
Rooms are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Some rooms have private baths, and some rooms have connecting baths. You must register by June 18 to receive this special $400 rate.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before June 15 will receive a refund of all funds paid, minus a non-refundable $100 deposit. Cancellations received between June 15 and July 25 will receive a 50% refund of conference fees and all payments made toward room and meals, minus a $40 service charge and the $100 deposit. No refund will be issued after July 25. All requests must be in writing and received via email, fax, or U.S. mail.
