Scholarships are available for this conference.
Cost for Housing & Meals
Rates are per person and include all room and meal charges for the entire conference (Saturday breakfast-Sunday lunch). No adjustments to package will be made except for extended stay. Meals for children 5-11: $23; under 5: no charge. No room charge for children under 12 in the same room with parent(s).

Registration/Child Care Information
Registration Friday evening 7-8 PM (no dinner served that night); first meal will be breakfast Saturday; last meal, lunch Sunday.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received by October 2 in order to receive a full refund less a $25 service charge. Cancellations received after October 2, but on or before October 30, will receive a 50% refund of the conference fee and payments made toward room and meals charges (if applicable) less $40. No refunds will be issued after October 30. All requests must be in writing and received by email, fax or U.S. mail.
