The Presbyterian Association of Musicians (PAM) sponsors two identical Worship and Music Conferences at Montreat Conference Center each summer. These conferences, guided by the principles of Reformed worship, provide opportunities for participants to experience worship and explore various ways to enrich the liturgical life of the local church. In 2010, as the conference focuses on Proclaiming the Mystery of Faith in our Daily Living, our worship lives, our professional skills, and our spiritual journeys will be strengthened through our work, our play, and our worship as the season between Easter and Pentecost is celebrated.

Cost for Housing & Meals
Need housing for your group? Reynolds Lodge is available for Worship & Music Week II, June 27 – July 3. Cost is $800.00 per night and sleeps up to 32 guests. One night’s deposit required to book. For more information, contact Judy Smith at 800.572.2257, ext. 365, or email judys[at]montreat.org.
Rates for Assembly Inn, Winsborough, and Glen Rock Inn are per person and include all room and meal charges for the entire conference (Sunday supper-Saturday breakfast). No adjustments to package will be made except for extended stay. Meals for children ages 5-11: $88.61; under 5: no charge. No room charge for children under 12 years of age in the same room with parent(s).

Cancellation refunds for housing in Assembly Inn, Winsborough, and Glen Rock Inn will be awarded in the following ways:
- Full refund if notice of cancellation is received on or before May 10 (week I) or May 17 (week II);
- Full refund less $40 if notice of cancellation is received after May 10 but before June 14 (week I) or after May 17 but before June 21 (week II), but before June 27;
- No refunds will be given after June 14 (week I) or June 21 (week II);
- All requests for refunds must be in writing and received by Montreat Conference Center via email, fax, or U.S. mail.

Registration for conferences is now open! Walk-in registrations are limited with no guarantee of space and have a $25 late fee.

Child Care Information
Care for children is provided during this conference. Pre-registration is required for daytime & evening child care and the Montreat Clubs program.
PLEASE NOTE: ENROLLMENT IS LIMITED. You must register at least 30 days in advance to guarantee enrollment in the program. Enrollment is not guaranteed for walk-in registrations.
