“Render Unto Caesar” – August 18 (Registration opens May 2)
“Growing into Tomorrow…Today” – October 10-12 (Registration opens July 11)

Montreat charges a per person fee of $12 which includes a “miscellaneous fee” of $10.00 to cover the cost of refreshment breaks, copies, and other related expenses, plus a $2 community services fee. If you are not reserving accommodations below, this fee will be billed to you separately by Montreat Conference Center. If you are reserving accommodations, this fee will be included in your comprehensive rate.

The Board of Pensions seminars are a Plan benefit, so there is no registration fee. Participants must be a plan member, the spouse of one, or a representative from a church, employing organization, or middle governing body.

We have reserved a special room block for this conference. When you make your reservation online, you will be asked to enter the group ID “grow,” “grow2,” or “caesar” and password “montreat” to access these rooms. Comprehensive rates below include the Montreat “miscellaneous fee” of $10.00 per person, room in Assembly Inn Monday & Tuesday nights, meals in the Galax Dining Room (Monday supper through Wednesday lunch), plus a $2 community services fee per person.

  • Single with private bath: $247 (member only)
  • Double with private bath: $338 (member & spouse)

One-Night Stay for ‘Render Unto Caesar’ – August 17-18
Comprehensive rates below include the Montreat “Miscellaneous Fee” of $10.00 per person, room in Assembly Inn Wednesday night, meals in the Galax Dining Room (Thursday breakfast and lunch), plus a $1 community services fee per person.

  • Single with private bath: $116.75 (member only)
  • Double with private bath: $155.50 (member & spouse)

Two-Night Stay for ‘Render Unto Caesar’ – August 17-19
Comprehensive rates below include the Montreat “Miscellaneous Fee” of $10.00 per person, room in Assembly Inn Wednesday & Thursday nights, meals in the Galax Dining Room (Thursday breakfast through Friday breakfast), plus a $2 community services fee per person.

  • Single with private bath: $226.25 (member only)
  • Double with private bath: $296.50 (member & spouse)
