The College Conference at Montreat is designed to serve college students of all denominations, in campus-based or parish-based groups, or as individuals.

“Wondering Wanderers”

Join almost 1000 other college students as we explore where we’ve been, where we’re headed, and who we meet on this awe-filled journey called discipleship. We’ll explore the theme through keynotes from Brian McLaren and Resurrection Dance Theater, worship with Aimee Wallis Buchanan, music with Beth Williams, workshops and focus groups that provide space for your path to intersect with the paths of others. Meet us here as we find out what it means to be “Wondering Wanderers.”

Registration & Accommodations

Comprehensive Rate: Includes conference fee, double occupancy room in Montreat Conference Center housing, meals in the Galax Dining Room (Sunday supper through Wednesday breakfast), plus a $3 community services fee per person. Rooms are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Rooms have either private, connecting, or hall baths.

Commuter Rate: Includes conference fee plus $3 community services fee per person. This rate does NOT include room and meals.

Registration will open October 1, 2010!

Registration forms for groups and individuals will be available soon. Download the appropriate form and return it by fax or mail beginning October 1. Stay tuned for more details.

• If you are a LEADER REGISTERING A GROUP, please use the “group registration form” (available soon). You will receive, with registration confirmation, a login and password for use on mymontreat.org. You can either enter your students’ information or give each of them the login and have them enter their own information. If you have reserved housing for the student, please do NOT ask him or her to fill out an individual registration form.

• If you are a STUDENT COMING WITH A GROUP, your group’s leader should register you. If your group leader is reserving your housing, please do NOT use the individual registration form. You will enter your personal information using mymontreat.org. Your group leader will have login and password information for you to use.

• If you are NOT COMING AS PART OF A GROUP, please complete the “individual registration form” (available soon).

If you would like to be a workshop presenter or discussion group facilitator, please download the application and return to the appropriate person.

• Conference begins Sunday, January 2, with registration in the late afternoon.
• Conference ends Wednesday, January 5, following worship.
