Money is one of the key sources of stress in relationships. Our study will visit areas of finance impacting all marriages, such as saving, investing, and debt. In addition to exploring sound financial practices, we will discuss ways to deal with differences of thought between men and women as well as differing personality types.
Leader David Hart has nearly two decades of experience in the financial industry. While he often helps clients establish and manage their investment portfolios as an investment advisor, David is also a Certified Financial Plannerâ„¢ practitioner who enjoys assisting his clients as they plan their financial futures. David attended UNC-Chapel Hill on a Morehead Scholarship earning degrees in Economics and Business Administration. He continually strives to expand his knowledge to further benefit his clients. David is an Asheville native who enjoys spending time with his wife, Judy, and their four boys. He also enjoys fly fishing, golfing, and following Tar Heel athletics.
Registration & Accommodations
Comprehensive Rate:
Comprehensive rate of $410 per couple includes a discounted conference fee of $125, room in Assembly Inn (Friday & Saturday nights), meals in the Galax Dining Room (Friday supper through Sunday breakfast), plus a $2 community services fee per person. After March 2, this rate will increase by $25 per couple.
We have reserved a special room block for this conference. When you make your reservation online, you will be asked to enter the group ID “couple” and password “montreat” to access these rooms. Register for comprehensive rate (program, housing, and meals)
Commuter Rate:
Commuter rate of $179 per couple includes conference fee of $175 plus a $2 community services fee per person. After March 2, this rate will increase by $25 per couple. Optional meal packages for the Galax Dining Room may be requested when you register online or purchased at the front desk of Assembly Inn.
Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received by March 2 in order to receive a full refund less a $25 service charge. Cancellations received after March 2 but on or before March 30 will receive a 50% refund of the conference fee and payments made toward room and meal charges (if applicable) less $40. No refunds will be issued after March 30. All requests must be in writing and received via email, fax, or U.S. mail.
