MONTREAT: Check out Greybeard Realty and AirBnB for reasonable and creative housing in the Montreat area. Campsites in the Montreat Family Campground are also available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
BLACK MOUNTAIN (easy five to ten minute drive): There is additional lodging available in nearby Black Mountain. Please visit the Black Mountain Chamber of Commerce for a variety of accommodations in the surrounding area.
ASHEVILLE (25 to 30 minute drive): Check out the edgy, artsy, and inviting city of Asheville for even more hotel options at exploreasheville.com.
For participants NOT staying in Montreat Conference Center’s facilities, please check out the Black Mountain Chamber of Commerce as well as our Business Patrons web page for a list of restaurants in nearby Black Mountain. We will also have some options available on-site.
Montreat Conference Center is offering child care for children of participants of the Evolving Faith Conference. The cost is $100 per child for Friday, October 26 and Saturday, October 27, 2018. Child care must be reserved for the entire event and will only cover the times that the conference is in session. There are a limited number of spaces and they will be available on a first come, first served basis.
Children will be divided into two groups:
- Ages six months through kindergarten (40 spaces available)
- 1st grade through fifth grade (100 spaces available)
