Montreat is pleased to offer a special rate for individuals and families seeking respite from their busy lives and hectic schedules. Often described as a “thin place,” Montreat offers a peaceful and beautiful setting for guests to commune with their Creator and rest their souls. Your visit to Montreat can provide time and space for prayer, study, and Sabbath rest, while also providing opportunities outside the gate to take part in all that Western North Carolina has to offer.
Assembly Inn’s one-bedroom guest rooms have either one king bed, one queen bed, or two twin beds with a private bath. Some one-bedrooms can accommodate a complimentary air mattress (linens provided) for a third occupant. The two-bedroom one-bath suites have one queen bed on one side and two twin beds on the other with a shared bath between rooms. In addition, we offer a limited number of two-bedroom two-bath suites. Cribs are complimentary. No pets allowed. Standard guest rooms do not have TV’s, phones, refrigerators, or microwaves. Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.

- $100-$125* per night for a one-bedroom with private bath
- $160-$200* per night for a two-bedroom one-bath suite
- $200-$250* per night for a two-bedroom two-bath suite
- $89-$99* per night for a one-bedroom with private bath
- $139-$159* per night for a two-bedroom one-bath suite
- $178-$198* per night for a two-bedroom two-bath suite
*Lower rate effective during month of November, higher rate in October; rooms subject to availability; all rates subject to NC state sales tax, as well as a community services fee of $1.00 per adult per night for public services provided by the Town and the fire district.

Cancellation Policy: Your credit card will be charged for the total of your stay at the time of your reservation. A seven day cancellation notice is required for a full refund. If cancellation notice is three days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged for one night’s stay. If cancellation is less than three days, there will be no refund.
