Note: SERFA is not designating any quiet hallways/rooms for the 2012 conference. Making a reservation online indicates you have read, understand, and agree to the terms & conditions below.
Room with private bath:
- One person in room – $68.00/night*
- Two people in room – $76.00/night* ($38.00/person/night)
- Three people in room – $84.00/night* ($28.00/person/night)
Room with connecting bath:
- One person in room – $58.00/night*
- Two people in room – $62.00/night* ($31.00/person/night)
- Three people in room – $66.00/night* ($22.00/person/night)
*All rates subject to N.C. sales tax plus a community services fee of $1.00 per person per night for public services provided by the Town and the fire district. N.C. sales tax will change on April 1, 2012; any additional money due will be collected upon arrival.
PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING ROOM RESERVATION: We have reserved a special room block for this conference. When you make your reservation online, you will need to enter the group ID “SERFA” and password “MUSIC” to access these rooms. Meal Reservations
You may reserve a meal package whether or not you are staying in Assembly Inn.
Optional Meal Packages:*
- Sat 5/19 – Sun 5/20: $19.50 plus N.C. sales tax – Sat supper and Sun breakfast
- Fri 5/18 – Sun 5/20: $40.25 plus N.C. sales tax – Fri supper, Sat lunch & supper, and Sun breakfast
- Thr 5/17 – Sun 5/20: $61.00 plus N.C. sales tax – Thur supper, Fri lunch & supper, Sat lunch & supper, and Sun breakfast
*On Friday and Saturday mornings, SERFA will be providing a continental breakfast consisting of pastries, whole fruits, cereal, milk, juice, and coffee, served in the lobby of Assembly Inn.

Reserve a Meal Package
Terms & Conditions
- Your credit card will be charged for the total of your stay at the time of reservation. A forty five (45) day cancellation notice is required for a full refund. If cancellation notice is received between forty five (45) and thirty (30) days prior to your arrival, you will receive a 1/2 cost refund. Cancellation notices received less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival will not receive any refund.
- If you have reserved a room at the double occupancy rate and fail to list the name of your roommate, or if your roommate is a no-show, you will be charged according to the single occupancy rate for the room you reserved.
- All room charges are the responsibility of the individual. Montreat Conference Center cannot split bills among roommates.

- If you wish to share a connected bathroom with a specific person, you must reserve a connecting room and list the person as your “suitemate.” Your “suitemate” must also register for a connecting room, listing you as the “suitemate,” as soon as possible, preferably on the same day. If you fail to do so, you may be placed in a room connected to someone you do not know.
- The $1.00 per adult per night community services fee will be included in your total charges.
