General Lodge Information
Reynolds, Galax House, Glen Rock Inn & Apartment are winterized and available for year-round rental. The remaining lodges are open for rental April to mid-November. There is one main phone in each lodge. Televisions, VCR’s, and DVD players are available for rental upon request. Reynolds, Galax House, Glen Rock Inn & Apartment are air-conditioned. For other lodges, guests are encouraged to bring fans. All lodges have electric baseboard heat and fully equipped kitchens. Note: Reynolds Lodge is the only facility fully accessible to persons in wheelchairs. Galax House is accessible on the first floor only.

Linens
A bedspread, blanket, and pillow are provided for each bed. Groups should be prepared to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Linens and towels may be rented at a cost of $3.00 per person per day. (All linens are included with rental of the Galax House, Glen Rock Inn, and Glen Rock Apartment with no extra charge.) Requests for linen rentals are to be arranged a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to arrival date.
Facilities and Meeting Rooms
A conference facilities fee is charged for use of any meeting rooms and/or recreational facilities. This also includes use of audio/visual aids, flip charts, and markers. This per person fee is based on the number of days of your event.
Meal Options
The lodge kitchens are equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and tableware to adequately serve the maximum capacity for each lodge. For an additional charge, groups are welcome to have meals in Assembly Inn’s Galax Dining Room. Reservations and arrangements for meals in Assembly Inn’s Galax Dining Room are to be made at time of reservation.
Youth Groups
One adult chaperone per six youth is required.
Clean-Up Policy
Groups are responsible for thorough clean-up upon departure. Lodges should be left in the order in which they were found. Brooms, mops, vacuums, garbage bags, and cleaning supplies are available in the lodges. Groups are charged a rate of $15.00 per hour when clean-up is required above and beyond the normal cleaning time.
