Flexible Meal Packages
Montreat Conference Center offers you the flexibility to decide what meals you would like to include in your meal package. Perhaps you would like to have breakfast only, or one evening you would like to have a night out on the town. We will design a package that works best for you and your budget.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner selections are prepared daily, using only the freshest ingredients available. All meals are served buffet-style in our Galax Dining Room, or if you prefer, enjoy a meal outside in our Tea Garden or on Wharton Porch!
Start your day with an All-American breakfast buffet that includes everything from sliced fruit and cereal to hearty eggs, bacon, waffles, pancakes, and of course, southern-style grits! Our lunch and dinner menu selections cover a broad spectrum of entrees and garden fresh vegetables seasoned to perfection. Fresh salads and fabulous desserts are served with every lunch and supper.
Personalized catered menus and services are available upon request for weddings, receptions, staff functions, and dinners. We are also able to accommodate most dietary restrictions requested by our guests.

Meal packages are decided at time of reservation.
All rates are subject to 6.75% sales tax.
Adults and Young Adults Ages 12-15:
- Breakfast: $7.75/per person
- Lunch: $9.00/per person
- Supper: $11.75/per person
- 3 Meals: $28.50/per person
Children Ages 5-11:
- Breakfast: $3.75/per person
- Lunch: $4.75/per person
- Supper: $6.00/per person
- 3 Meals: $14.50/per person
Meal Times
Breakfast: 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.
Lunch: 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
Supper: 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Refreshments
When it’s time for a break, simply walk out to a table prepared specifically for you. A planning packet is sent to the group contact approximately 60 days in advance of the arrival date. Included in the packet is a Refreshment Order Form, with choices for food and drink items in three price ranges. Make your choices and leave the work to the Montreat Food Service and Arrangements teams.
