Assembly Inn’s Galax Dining Room
The Galax Dining Room in Assembly Inn serves all meals during conferences, as well as Sunday Dinner following summer worship. Guests begin making reservations early for other favorites, too, including Montreat’s traditional Thanksgiving Dinner and the Candlelight Christmas Dinner.
The cost of meals for conference participants is a part of “Cost of Housing and Meals” for the conference. For all other guests, daily meal rates at the Galax Dining Room are as follows:

Try The Huckleberry! This lakeside gathering place during summer conferences is the place to go for light snacks, late night treats, and ice cream. Menu items include hot & cold sandwiches, french fries, chicken fingers, and soft drinks.
