Services for the Lord’s Day
During the summer months, it is the high privilege of Montreat Conference Center to host the community gathered to worship the Triune God. In Services for the Lord’s Day, Montreat welcomes summer visitors, conferees, cottagers, vacationers, and conference leadership. As the community is gathered around Font, Word, and Table—offering its praise and thanksgiving to God through thoughtfully crafted liturgy, musical gifts of the community and the world, proclamation of the Word and celebration of the sacraments—the people offer themselves to God and are equipped for God’s service in the world.

All Sunday worship services are held in Anderson Auditorium at 10:30 a.m. During morning worship, child care for children six months through completed kindergarten is available at the Updike Child Care Center on Texas Road.
Opening at 11:30 AM, a lunch buffet is served at the Galax Dining Room in Assembly Inn, $12.95 for adults; $6.00 for children 5-11. See the latest issue of This Week in Montreat for lunch menu.
