Our program prides itself on personalizing a schedule and class line-up that will best fit the needs of your group. Below is a sample schedule of what you might expect for a day (and maybe a night) at the Montreat Wilderness School.

Please note that teachers and chaperones are responsible for supervising the group during any times not designated as a class session or discussion. More information is available in the Montreat Wilderness School planning guide (.pdf).
Program Pricing
One-day Program: $25 per student (Includes two class sessions, lunch & use of facilities.)
Additional Sessions: $10 per student, per session
Overnight Program: $65 per student (Includes three class sessions, lunch, dinner, breakfast, use of facilities, & overnight lodging.)
$10 per chaperone.
Additional charges may apply for special programming. Please ask about pricing for your particular schedule or needs. All fees subject to N.C. sales tax. Price applies to groups up to 25 students. The entire group will incur an additional fee of $3 per student for every 15 additional students. This allows the Montreat Wilderness School to hire additional instructors to accommodate a larger group.
Chaperones
Groups may bring one chaperone free of charge for every 10 students attending a day program. All chaperones will be charged $10 per night to cover overnight accommodations costs. Once the 10:1 ratio is exceeded, additional adults will pay the full program price.
Reservations
A nonrefundable deposit of $8 per student is required to secure a reservation for one-day groups. Overnight reservations require a nonrefundable deposit of $20 per student. The balance will be due upon arrival and will be adjusted according to any changes.
