Special Notes Regarding Online Registration

1.) Please download and read the CLUBS REGISTRATION INFORMATION on previous page before registering online.

2.) Early pre-registration is strongly advised and affords your best chance for admission to our program. Child Care, PreClubs, Kindies, and Primaries groups have limited capacities and fill up quickly. If registering your child for one of these groups within two weeks of participation date, check availability by emailing the Clubs registrar.

3.) Pre-registration is required for all conferees.  SPACE IS LIMITED.  You must register at least 30 days in advance to guarantee enrollment in the program.  Enrollment is not guaranteed for walk-in registrations.

4.) No daily registration online. You must register online for full sessions only. Please come to on-site registration if you wish to register on a daily basis.

5.) Online registration is not available after 12:00 noon on Thursdays for the upcoming Clubs session. You must wait and register on-site Sunday afternoon from 3:00-5:30 pm or Monday morning in Anderson Auditorium. Please note: On-site registration will also take place on Saturday, June 28th from 2:00-5:30 pm.

6.) Once you have completed the following form, we will (snail) mail you a confirmation with payment instructions.  Payment will be required within 10 days of receipt or your reservation will be cancelled.  Please contact Montreat Central - (800) 572-2257, ext. 335 if you have any questions.

Payment Information

   I understand I will be receiving a confirmation by U.S. mail, and that a minimum payment of one session per child will be due within 10 days of receipt or my reservation will be cancelled. (Download Clubs registration information on previous page for rates.) To reserve multiple sessions, you will be required to use a credit card.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel a session prior to session dates, there is no penalty. If you cancel during or after a session, you will be charged a $10 service charge. Please be aware that failing to cancel a session of Child Care, PreClubs, or Kindies may prevent another child from being able to register. No refunds will be given for days your child was absent, and we cannot allow children to make up days not used by attending during times when he/she is not registered.

Montreat Conference Center requires a copy of current immunization records and a medical form signed by the child's doctor in order for your child to participate in the program. These documents must be received prior to the first session that your child is attending. You may download the medical form on the previous page.
