Housing and Meals Information

Week I: June 15-21, 2008
Week II: June 22-28, 2008

Package rates for Assembly Inn, Glen Rock Inn, and Winsborough are per person and include all room/meal charges (Sunday supper - Saturday breakfast) for the entire conference.  No adjustments will be made, except for extended stay. No room charge for children under 12 years of age in the same room with two parents. If only one parent is present, parent must pay the single occupancy rate. Rollaway is an additional charge of $10.00 per day. Meal costs for the entire conference for each child age 5-11 is $87.81. No meal cost for children under 5.

Housing and meal balance will be due on or before May 4 (Week I) or May 11 (Week II).

Payment Information
   I understand I will be receiving a confirmation and a $40 per person deposit will be due within 10 days of receipt or my reservation will be cancelled.

Cancellation refunds for housing will be awarded in the following ways:

-- Full refund if notice of cancellation is received on or before May 4 (Week I) or May 11 (Week II);

--Full refund less $40 if notice of cancellation is received after May 4, but before June 8 (Week I) or after May 11, but before June 15 (Week II);

--No refunds will be given after June 8 (Week I) or June 15 (Week II);

--All requests for refunds must be in writing and received by Montreat Conference Center via email, fax, or U.S. mail.
