Conference & Workshop Information

Workshops will be offered on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. You may register for one workshop each day. Please see detailed conference information for workshop descriptions. We assign workshops on a first-come, first served basis. NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel a workshop based on projected attendance.

Package rates for Assembly Inn & Winsborough are per person and include all room/meal charges (Monday supper - Thursday breakfast) for the entire conference.  No adjustments will be made, except for extended stay. No room charge for children under 12 years of age in the same room with two parents. If only one parent is present, parent must pay the single occupancy rate. Rollaway is an additional charge of $10.00 per day. Meal cost for the entire conference for each child 5-11 is $38.75. No meal cost for children under 5.

Housing and meal balance will be due on or before April 27. If registering after April 27, total will be due upon receipt of written confirmation.
