Conference & Workshop Information

Number of Participants ($150.00 conference fee per person)

Community Services Fee for the Town of Montreat ($3.00 per person required)
I also plan to register for the Church Unbound Conference for a combined conference fee of $205. (Housing and meals not included. You must register separately for the Church Unbound conference.)

Workshops will be offered on Monday and Tuesday afternoons. You may register for two workshops on Monday and one workshop on Tuesday. Please see detailed conference information for workshop descriptions. We assign workshops on a first-come, first served basis. NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel a workshop based on projected attendance.

Package rates for Assembly Inn and Winsborough are per person and include all room/meal charges (Sunday supper - Wednesday breakfast) for the entire conference.  No adjustments will be made, except for extended stay. No room charge for children under 12 years of age in the same room with two parents. If only one parent is present, parent must pay the single occupancy rate. Rollaway is an additional charge of $10.00 per day. Meal cost for the entire conference for each child 5-11 is $38.75. No meal cost for children under 5.

Housing and meal balance will be due on or before June 28. If registering after June 28, total will be due upon receipt of written confirmation.
