Office Assistant
Requirements: Congenial personality with demonstrated public relations skills; ability to work with computers (Word, Excel, database programs); ability to complete filing and mailings; professional appearance; and ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors to the office; general clerical duties: answer phones, complete mailings – may have to hand address some invitations, filing, typing documents, data entry, sorting mail, etc.
Benefits: Montreat Conference Center provides housing, including utilities; a food stipend is available.
