Youth Conference Planning Teams

Members of the planning teams are expected to attend the conference(s) for which they are responsible, arriving 3 days before the conference. All teams will meet twice before the conference on February 10-12, 2011 and November 3-5, 2011 (dates are tentative). They are also expected to attend one of the 2011 Youth Conferences as a Small Group Leader.

You may apply for the following planning teams:

  • Youth 1 & 2, May 30–June 16, 2012
  • Youth 3 & 4, July 3–21, 2012
  • Youth 5 & 6, July 18–August 4, 2012
  • Middle School/PYC3 Conference, Clinton SC, July 15-22, 2012. Applicants only from PYC Region 3, please (states of KY, TN, MS, AL, VA, DE, MD, NC, SC, GA, FL and Puerto Rico)
